Plane vs. Train
Post to a Volgograd adoption group:
Are you guys going to Volgograd by plane or by train? We found out today
that we have to travel to Volgograd by train....we still don't know how we
will come back.
Can't wait to see you guys!

We went to Volgograd by train twice. Trust me, it is better than a bad flight. We did that also. There is a better change you will return to Moscow by plane because of the weather. Apparently Volgograd is foggy so it is harder to land than to take off (does
that make sense?). We didn't mind the train but it is definately long.
Take a book or two and some snacks. One time we were brought dinner and the other time we were not. We didn't know how to ask for anything, so we just ate on what we had.
Also, go to the bathroom when you can. It is really gross, so you might try to avoid it, but they lock it when they get close to the stops so sometimes it is hard
to get into.
